License Agreement

This License Agreement ("License") governs your use of Storsko's Universal Digital Inventory platform software, components, APIs, and related materials (collectively, the "Software").

By accessing and using our software and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this License Agreement.

Subject to your compliance with this License, Storsko grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your personal or commercial use in accordance with these terms.

You may use the Software to:

• Manage and track digital twin assets
• Search and identify digital assets across platforms
• Process and organize digital inventory data
• Integrate our services into your applications via API
• Access documentation and support resources
• Create commercial applications using our services

You may not:

• Use the Software for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Software in a way that violates the license terms
• Claim ownership of the original Software components

The Software and all related intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Storsko. This License does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Software, subject to the terms of this License and our Terms of Service.

This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this License.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. STORSKO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL STORSKO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
